sam is one, and happens to be one of the happiest little one year olds i’ve ever met. isn’t she cute?!

i totally meant to set up this post to publish over the weekend while i was away, but time got away from me last week and here we are! lila and i spent the weekend in bc for the wedding of an old friend (sorry no photos — i didn’t even pack a camera!) and it was just awesome. such a different perspective to see a wedding ceremony from the back row (while chasing a toddler more interested in all the ‘quack quacks’ swimming in the pond than in the vows being recited) and enjoying the dance holding onto the pudgy hands of the under-two set rather than the straps of a couple of cameras. definitely a great weekend and a nice little break but i think four days without picking up a camera is my limit 😉 xox, andrea
